BackTrack5即BT5已经发布有日子了，奶牛发过两篇介绍的文了，一篇是关于BackTrack5(BT5)下载的，一篇是BackTrack5硬盘引导+BT5硬盘安装全教程 .今天这篇文呢，奶牛先来介绍下BT5是什么。

BackTrack5是基于Ubuntu的一个linux发行版，对于无线安全的检查能力相当强悍，是一款集成了包括Metasploit等200多种安全检查工具的安全检测系统。

像我们平时用的无线密码破解实际上是无线安全检测工具aircrack-ng系列的一方面应用。微博上很多朋友都@奶牛博客想知道如何使用，奶牛打算在下面的两篇文章中为大家分别介绍wep跟wpa两种加密模式下的无线密码的最快破解方法。

这篇文章呢还是讲讲BackTrack5(BT5)安装的方法教程，其实奶牛在使用的时候只是启动了live-image镜像，而并没有安装，不过安装也可以，大家看自己的情况咯。

官方提供的方法是刻录光盘跟U盘安装，奶牛对于硬盘安装的方法已经在上一篇文章中做过介绍了。今天为大家介绍下这个USB安装吧。注意：官方提供的vm镜像需要有usb无线网卡的支持。

1.下载bt5安装镜像：http://www.nenew.net/backtrack5-images-download.html

2.下载官方建议的usb安装工具unetbootin： http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/

3.将你的U盘格式化为fat32格式

4.运行unetbootin，装入diskimage，然后ok写入即可。

经过上面几步你已经安装了一个可以从usb启动的BT5了。如果想安装bt5到硬盘的话可以参考奶牛的文章BackTrack5硬盘引导+BT5硬盘安装全教程。

系统安装完成后默认的帐号是root 密码是toor

下面说说BT5安装支持的网卡类型（来源于官方）
